Toth Leaves Bench

All was normal at the ball game when suddenly it all came crashing down on the Los Angles Dodgers. Manager Bill Toth was being issued a beat down at the hands of the Cleveland Indians yet again. In the Top of the 7th Toth stood up and walked back to the clubhouse and was not seen again the rest of the game. Players were seen in the dugout confused as first base coach Crash Davis had to take over for the day.
Once the beat down was finished the players headed back to the clubhouse and found their manager was gone. On the black board was left the following note
"I have come to the realization that I can not transfer my passion of the game to you guys. We have come far but not far enough. I can no longer sit here and watch you play like this as it makes my chest hurt with anger. I have asked Dodger Legend Tommy Lasorda to take over the Manager role for the remainder of this year for me. I hope that perhaps he can get your attention."
Calls to Toth or his agent were not answered. Toths voicemail instructed for all corespondence to be made through email to tommy as he is in charge. He can be reached at fat.lasorda@gmail.com and will be able to give you the answers to all your questions.
Our email to Lasorda questioning Toths decision was answered by Lasorda with the following statement, "He is the man who signs the checks, I answer to him and don't know where he is. He asked that I try not to find him only to run the team as if it were my own. I intend to win the division and possibly a world series this year. I am not afraid to sacrifice Dye, Kemp or Lester to get the pieces I need to get there. We will meet our goals this year!"
