John Rocker!!!
Hi guys,
Thought this might be interesting for the Web site. Sat about 20 feet from John Rocker — yes, the John Rocker — at a city council meeting yesterday. He's into real estate now with some NFL players and has a development going in the city where I live. The related article is below.
After I took the photo, he asked me "how the hell did I get in this country" and told me to take the No. 7 train back to New York.
Just kidding. That said, he's given a lot of speeches around here (sorry, no links) and believe me, he's not at all repentant about his remarks from about 10 years ago that got him in trouble.
